Getting Started
What is Vibbrancy?
Vibbrancy is a mood-tracking app built by a small independent team. It helps you check in quickly, look back on patterns, and connect mood with daily context. Mood data is stored on your device by default, with optional cloud sync.
How do I log a mood?
Tap the plus button, select an emoji that matches how you feel, and optionally add notes or tags for context. You can also set daily reminders if they fit your routine.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can use the core app on your phone without an account, with mood entries stored locally by default. An account is optional and is used for features such as synchronisation across devices.
What devices does Vibbrancy work on?
Vibbrancy is available for iPhone and Android. Device-specific features such as health integration depend on the permissions and services available on your phone.
Features
What are smart insights?
Smart insights help you notice recurring patterns across your check-ins and daily context. The analysis runs on your device. Optional account, sync, diagnostics, and support features are described separately in our privacy policy.
Can I add notes and tags to my entries?
Yes. Every mood entry supports free-text notes and custom tags (like "work," "exercise," or "sleep"). Tags help you filter your history and review contexts that appear alongside your mood entries. An apparent pattern does not prove that one factor caused another.
What meditations are available?
Vibbrancy includes guided meditation and breathing sessions for themes such as stress, focus, gratitude, and sleep. The app shows which sessions are included in Free and which require Complete.
Privacy & Data
Where is my data stored?
Mood entries are stored on your device by default. Optional account, synchronisation, subscription, diagnostics, and support features can involve separate data as explained in our privacy policy. When you enable sync, mood entries are stored on our servers. Turn on end-to-end encryption and they are encrypted on your device first, so we cannot read them.
Can you see my mood data?
We cannot access mood entries that remain only on your device. Vibbrancy does not sell mood entries or use them to build an advertising profile. Optional cloud features and the protection they use are explained in our privacy policy.
How does cloud sync work?
When you create an account and enable sync, eligible entries can synchronise while a connection is available. Entries created offline can be queued and retried when connectivity returns. Check sync status and keep an export of history you cannot afford to lose.
Can I export my data?
Vibbrancy includes data-export controls. The app shows the formats and plan availability that apply to your current version.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting the app can remove entries that exist only on that device. If you use optional sync, follow the in-app account and deletion controls before uninstalling if you also want remotely stored account data removed.
Our Business Model
How does Vibbrancy make money?
Vibbrancy offers an optional Complete subscription to fund product development. Current local prices and any introductory offer are shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase. The app does not use mood entries for advertising.
Do you sell advertising space?
No. Vibbrancy does not show third-party advertising. The optional subscription supports ongoing product development.
Do you sell user data?
No. We do not sell mood entries or use them for advertising. Mood data is stored locally by default, cloud sync is optional, and you can encrypt entries end-to-end so only you can read them.
Who's behind Vibbrancy?
A small independent product team focused on practical, privacy-conscious emotional awareness.
Why should I trust that?
You should verify privacy claims rather than take a slogan on trust. Vibbrancy works without an account for core use, stores mood entries locally by default, publishes a detailed privacy policy, and gives you controls for optional account and sync features.
Why is the subscription so affordable?
The Free plan keeps core mood tracking available without payment. Complete funds ongoing development and adds optional features. Your store displays the current price in your region before you subscribe.
Plans & Pricing
Is Vibbrancy free?
The Free plan currently includes core mood logging, daily insights, 90 days of mood history, local data storage, and offline support. Current plan details are shown in the app before you choose a subscription.
What does Complete include?
Complete unlocks unlimited mood history, health integrations, smart insights, the full meditation library, data export, custom tags, reminders, widgets, and priority support.
Is a free trial available?
Any introductory offer is shown in the app using the current App Store or Google Play product details before you subscribe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can manage or cancel Complete through the App Store or Google Play. Store billing rules determine access through the end of the current billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not itself request account deletion.
Technical
Does Vibbrancy work offline?
Core mood logging and local-history review work without an internet connection or account. Optional sync and some connected features require a connection. If sync is enabled, entries created offline can synchronise when connectivity returns.
How do health app integrations work?
On iOS, Vibbrancy can read health signals from Apple Health. On Android, it connects through Health Connect. With your permission, Vibbrancy can display metrics such as steps, sleep, heart rate, and workouts alongside mood entries. Any apparent relationship is context for reflection, not a diagnosis or proof of cause. Health integrations are a Complete feature and require explicit permission on your device.
How fast is your support?
We are a small team and read product feedback directly. Response times can vary, but messages reach people close to the product.
Still have questions?
Start with a short check-in. The Free plan includes core mood logging, and mood entries are stored on your device by default.
