Offline First

Core check-ins work offline

Vibbrancy is built offline-first. Core mood logging and local history work without an internet connection or account. Online services are only needed for optional connected features.

No cloud required

Vibbrancy was designed to keep core mood logging and local-history review available without wifi, mobile data, or an account. Previously loaded local content may also remain available; sync, billing, support, and other connected services require a connection.

Log moods offline

When the app is available on your device, core mood entries can be saved locally without a network connection.

Browse insights offline

Local history and supported on-device charts remain available without a connection. Optional sync and other connected features are separate.

Meditate without wifi

Previously loaded breathing exercises and guided sessions can remain available offline. Availability depends on the content already stored on the device.

Local storage by default

Core mood entries, tags, notes, and supported insights are stored locally by default. Optional account, subscription, sync, diagnostics, and support features use the data described in the privacy policy.

Built-in database

Vibbrancy uses IndexedDB for local browser storage. Core mood entries remain on the device unless you enable an optional connected feature such as sync.

No account needed

Core mood logging and local-history review do not require an account. Account, subscription, sync, diagnostics, and support features are described separately.

Local access

Local entries can be opened without waiting for a network request. Performance still depends on the device, browser, amount of stored data, and current app state.

Optional background sync

If you enable cloud sync, eligible changes can be queued locally and retried when a connection returns. Check sync status and keep an export of history you cannot afford to lose. Your email is used for account verification on other devices.

Automatic reconciliation

Eligible offline changes can be reconciled after connectivity returns. If a sync conflict or error is shown, review it before relying on another device's copy.

Queue-based approach

Supported offline changes are queued locally. When connectivity returns, the app can retry work that could not be sent while offline.

Resilient local queue

Offline changes are kept locally and retried when connectivity returns. Export and backup options remain important safeguards for data you cannot afford to lose.

Battery-conscious

Sync timing depends on connectivity, the operating system, background-execution limits, and the current app state.

Built as a PWA

Vibbrancy uses Progressive Web App technology where the browser supports it. Home-screen installation, notifications, cached content, and update behaviour vary by browser, platform, permissions, and previously loaded content.

Install on your home screen

Supported browsers can add Vibbrancy to a home screen with an app icon and a standalone window. The exact presentation varies by platform and browser.

Push notifications

Where supported and permitted, notifications can provide optional reminders. Delivery depends on browser, operating-system, permission, and background settings.

Browser-managed updates

Supported browsers can refresh cached app files through the service worker. Update timing depends on the browser, connection, and whether a new version has activated.

Supported across common platforms

Vibbrancy supports current iPhone and Android apps plus compatible modern browsers. Features and presentation can differ by platform, browser, and device capability.

Try a local check-in

Core mood logging does not require an account, and local entries can be recorded without an internet connection once the app is available on your device.
