Connect your body and mind
With permission, compare supported Apple Health or Health Connect measures with your mood entries and review possible personal patterns.
Sleep & mood
Compare sleep estimates from your health app with mood entries recorded on nearby days. An overlap can suggest a personal pattern worth watching; it does not prove that sleep caused a mood change.
Sleep duration
Compare estimated sleep duration with your next mood entries. Treat any association as an observation to repeat, not a prediction or proof of cause.
Sleep quality
When your health provider supplies a sleep-quality estimate, Vibbrancy can display it as another piece of context. Wearable estimates are not clinical measurements.
Trend overlay
View available sleep data and mood trends side by side. Lines moving together can raise a useful question, but other factors and ordinary variation may be involved.
Exercise impact
Compare recorded activity with nearby mood entries. Whether it is a morning run, yoga, or a long walk, your own record can show what appeared together without claiming causation.
Activity types
Compare mood entries recorded around different activity types. The result is a personal observation, not a prescription or a measure of which exercise is best.
Before and after
Compare mood entries before and after recorded activity when both are available. Timing alone cannot show that the activity caused any difference.
Consistency tracking
Track whether activity frequency and mood ranges appear to change together over time. Keep other possible influences in mind when reviewing the result.
Heart rate & stress
Compare available resting-heart-rate trends with mood entries. Heart rate can change for many reasons, so Vibbrancy presents it as context rather than a stress diagnosis.
Resting heart rate
View resting-heart-rate readings alongside mood entries. Medication, illness, activity, device error, and other factors may affect either measure.
HRV insights
If your health provider supplies heart-rate-variability readings, Vibbrancy can compare them with mood entries. HRV is context, not a diagnosis of stress or recovery.
Pattern context
Personal insights may highlight repeated associations between available health measures and mood entries. They are not clinical alerts or medical advice.
Long-term trends
Watch how your heart rate metrics and mood evolve together over weeks and months. See the long arc of your wellbeing, not just daily snapshots.
Automatic data
With permission, Vibbrancy can import supported data from your health app when it syncs. You can also enter readings manually and choose which categories to share.
One-time setup
Choose Apple Health or Health Connect categories and grant the permissions you want. Availability and refresh timing depend on your device and health provider.
Background sync
Vibbrancy requests supported health updates when the app opens. Some providers batch or omit readings, so imported values may be delayed or unavailable.
Privacy respected
We use Apple Health and Health Connect with read-only access and the minimum permissions needed. Vibbrancy caches your health data locally for analysis, and if you use cloud-backed syncing it may also store synced copies on our servers so your data can stay available across devices.
Granular control
Choose exactly which health metrics to include. Only want sleep data? That's fine. Want everything? Also fine. You're in control of what gets connected.
Connect your health data
It takes 30 seconds to link your health app. From there, Vibbrancy handles the rest.
